After cosmetic, and especially major repairs, it is very difficult to get rid of construction dust. We come to you with all the necessary equipment, including industrial vacuum cleaners and professional cleaning products, and in one day we prepare the apartment or other premises for occupancy:

- we remove stains of paint, building mixtures (putty, plaster), glue;

How to calculate the cost of cleaning after renovation?
Post-renovation cleaning, as a rule, like general deep cleaning, requires a preliminary assessment of the scope of work or a visit by a foreman to the site. In order to orient you more accurately on the cost of cleaning, we ask you to send a photo/video of the apartment or house in advance for an assessment (since we want to give you the minimum cost).
We are not afraid of large areas and take on cleanings of any complexity, but the number of cleaners and time may differ slightly from that previously announced.
How we work?
Depending on the size of the apartment, cottage or office, the cleaning team may consist of 4 to 10 people:
- up to 50 sq. m. – 4 cleaners;
- 50-100 sq. m. – 5-7 people;
- more than 100 sq. m. – 7-10 specialists.
Each cleaner has their own task and their own tools. The foreman constantly monitors the quality of work, manages the process, helps to carefully rearrange equipment or furniture.
To completely remove traces of construction dust, as well as various mixtures that permanently eat into the surface, we use professional, effective cleaning devices:
- industrial steam generators;
- construction vacuum cleaners;
- foam cleaners;
- floor scrubbers.
Of course, our cleaners also have sponges, mops, microfiber cloths, window scrapers, brushes – all the tools needed to clean any surface, material or hard-to-reach places.
We use German cleaning products that do not corrode surfaces, do not cause allergies, are environmentally friendly, but at the same time cope even with old, ingrained dirt.

The team carries out the following work:
- will take out all the trash, even if there is a lot of it;
- removes film from windows, furniture and floors;
- will collect post-construction dust from walls, ceilings, window sills, furniture, baseboards and floors.
The dust is removed with a construction vacuum cleaner, then manually or with floor cleaning machines. Construction dust will be scattered around the apartment, so this procedure will have to be repeated 2-3 times until the effect is visible.
To remove traces of glue, grout, putty and paint, we use acidic and alkaline chemicals, brushes, scrapers and a steam generator.

List of works for post-renovation cleaning
It is important that no work is done in the apartment after and during cleaning, such as installing plumbing, furniture, doors. Otherwise, cleaners will have to collect dust from all surfaces again, which will increase the cleaning time and its cost.
You accept the cleaning, checking the completion of each task together with the foreman, only after that, if there is nothing to clean, you pay us in cash or by bank transfer.
The peculiarity of cleaning after renovation is that settled dust needs to be removed several times. Therefore, the process takes a whole day. According to the internal regulations, we remove all dust in the room 3 times using a vacuum cleaner and a scrubber, washing the surfaces until the effect is visible. However, we still recommend that you carry out at least one more maintenance procedure within a month.
